Our deli fresh homemade sandwiches are made to order in the shop. All meats are sliced to order, ensuring you get your favorite sandwich just the way you like it. We also have one of the largest selections of deli cheeses in the area, sliced to order. Whatever your favorite cheese is, we most likely have it.
Don’t sleep on some of our other sandwiches. Our BBQ pulled pork, spicy Italian beef, and brisket sandwiches are crowd favorites. These are all made in-house. You can get them on a fresh-made sandwich or just buy the meat to prepare it at home.
No deli would be complete without an assortment of tasty sides. Our gourmet deli has a wide selection of deli salads and sides made in-house. You need to try the American potato salad – it’s our owner Darin’s mom’s famous recipe, and we’ve been making it here since his dad ran the shop. Looking for a great side for your next BBQ? Some of our other favorites include our chicken salad, Sicilian pasta salad, carbonara pasta salad and coleslaw. Yummy!
Nothing can beat a meal from the smoker. Our front-of-house smoker runs every Friday and Saturday. You can come into the deli during these times and get fresh off the smoker burnt ends, pulled pork, baby back and St. Louis style ribs, brisket, rib tips, smoked chicken and smoked turkey drumsticks. It’s a down-home flavor explosion!
Just remember, every meal is better with bacon. Whether you’re garnishing your deli sandwich, cooking breakfast on the weekend, or using it to lively up a fancy meal, our in-house smoked bacon will do the trick. It comes in several varieties and can be sliced to any thickness. Mmm, bacon!
Our in-house smoked ham hock goes great with green beans or when making black-eyed peas. We also have whole smoked hogs to order. They’re great for a pig roast in the summer, holiday parties, or any other occasion you may want to giant hog for.
