All our beef products go through our quality aging program. Everything is aged at least 21 days. This process breaks down the muscle and makes the meat more tender and flavorful. When you try our quality aged beef, you won’t go back.  

In addition to our aging process, we only carry the best quality cuts of beef – you can count on only finding choice and prime cuts of beef for your favorite items. We also carry wagyu beef – a higher grade of prime, wagyu is some of the best quality meat you can get. All our beef comes from Nebraska and is grass fed and grain finished. Our selection is second to none. You can find all your standard cuts of beef, along with items that are hard to find elsewhere, like Piedmontese, a highly regarded company with Italian-heritage Piedmontese beef 100% grass fed beef with a farm-to-fork approach that ensures traceability, environmental sustainability, humane animal handling, and responsible resource management at every step.
